Cancellation and Refund Policy

@Docs members can cancel their paid subscriptions at anytime by notifying us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .  Upon receipt of a notiice of cancellation, @docs will discontinue member access to the subscribed services and refund any pre-paid balances on a pro-rata basis.

Our Satisfaction Pledge

At @Docs we strive to make sure our members are 100% satisified with the site and services offerring.  If for any reason our members are not 100% satistified with services received through @Docs and/or our partner network please contact us and open an inquiry.  If after working with @docs you're not completely satisified will issue a refund for direct services we provide and work with our partners to obtain a refunds/restitution on your behalf.
